Designed and built by her current owners with safety in mind Trinovante was launched in 1994 and is the only Tern schooner currently based in the UK.

At 50 tons she is big enough for you to feel the thrill and excitement of sailing on a tall ship whilst still being small enough to take you to those out of the way places that most larger vessels can only dream of.

The three masted gaff rig is an absolute joy to sail with – whether you are an experienced sailor or an complete beginner this is a boat that simply invites you to get involved. The possibilities for different sail combinations are huge whilst keeping all the sails to a manageable size.

Down below she is fitted with a comfortable warm wood interior and solid fuel Rayburn. The crew accommodation has two double cabins, one single cabin and a communal four berth area forward with the saloon situated aft. This works really works well for a happy social crew. Guest numbers are limited to eight and we do not have people berthed in the saloon area.
